I respectfully ask any teacher or administrator of the school to assist an authorized representative of Northern Kingdom Music Company in finding and having access to the following described instrument owned by Northern Kingdom Music Company, which I am renting from them. I ask that by this permission slip to the school, that a representative from Northern Kingdom Music Company, be allowed to take the instrument from the school for repairs and any other reason they may find necessary to fulfill rights afforded in my agreement with Northern Kingdom Music Company.
